Hackney to Southend on Sea - 65km - 2hrs30 mins
Felt really good and strong, enjoyed it and at no point wanted/needed to stop.
Time it took is not accurate as I got lost a few times, had to make phone calls etc.
Had a headache afterwards which suggests I didn't drink enough water (which was a bottle and a half)
