July 31st - Swim

0.65km - 22 minutes

Rubbish session - I felt tired before I started and struggled to get out of bed.
I managed to do the first 500m in about 13 minutes, and forced myself to stop a lot less, however the effect of this was that about 30% of the time I had to go into breaststroke.

Struggle with my breathing during crawl - felt like I could not intake enough air.

Jim Poole quote of the day: "Getting up and training when you're up for it is easy. Getting out of bed and forcing yourself to train when you really don't want to is what makes you an ironman".
